50 Qualified Matches in 30 Days - or it's free

1. Eligibility

• Applies to new paid institutional subscriptions (Starter or Pro) in their first 30 days.
• Institution submits at least 10 faculty profiles with non-empty research context.
• Faculty data is provided within 7 days of contract activation.

2. Qualified Match Definition

A qualified match is a faculty-to-grant record where the grant is open/active and the match score meets our operational quality threshold. Matches are counted from production records generated by Grant Nexus matching pipelines.

3. Guarantee Outcome

• If fewer than 50 qualified matches are delivered in 30 days, that billing period is waived.
• Remedy is limited to a fee waiver/credit for the applicable period.
• Guarantee does not promise awarded funding outcomes.

4. Exclusions

• Incomplete or materially inaccurate faculty data submissions.
• Delayed launch caused by customer-side approvals, access, or data holdbacks.
• Force majeure or third-party platform outages outside Grant Nexus control.

5. Claim Process

Submit a claim within 15 days after the first 30-day window by emailing support@grantnexus.ai with institution name and account email. We respond within 5 business days.

6. Versioning

Terms may be updated periodically. The version active at contract start governs that guarantee period.
